Music City Strings Academy is known nationally for its exceptional violin and viola teaching.  We are proud that students from our program are accepted into the best youth orchestras, win awards and top ratings at music festivals and in solo competitions, and have access to a wide range of incredible performance opportunities. 

 

• Available to children from ages 3 – 18.

• Students attend a private lesson and group class each week.

• Students participate in three recitals throughout the school term

  • Fall Group Recital

  • Winter Solo Recital

  • Spring Group Recital

• Students participate in the Nashville Area Music Teachers Association (NAMTA) Performance Auditions

• Students receive classical training by degreed professionals utilizing the Suzuki pedagogy

• Fiddle class is included in the program and offered during group class night
